Contact form: Email logs history

Hello,

I realised that the email I used to receive the contact form informations was the wrong one. Therefore I might have received contact information.

Is there a way to see the history/logs of the contact form ? Or email that have been sent from the contact form ?
By the way, who is the email provider ?
