Hi,

I have three forms on my site http://www.indiatrail.org which are:

http://www.indiatrail.org/register/
http://www.indiatrail.org/trail-enquiry/
http://www.indiatrail.org/contact-us/

In all cases, I have used the standard Contact Us form that’s within enfold and have installed the WP-Mail-SMTP Plug in.

I can’t seem to figure out why the email that the contact us form generates always goes to spam. I use Zoho email. I have asked them, their support says everything is fine and that I should change the ‘from’ email address and update spf records. I’m not sure how to do that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey Rohan!

Just to make a discardment, try setting up a CF7 form and perform a test to see if it sends to the spam folder too.

Hi Rohan,

Sorry to say this, but this is not a theme issue, unfortunately we can not help you with that much.

A hint: try changing the sender information to a Gmail account, just to test it out (i think it may have to do with the domain/sender name).
