    Hi, my client is telling me that he’s receiving all emails sent via Enfold contact module on one line of text.
    Sort of: Name: blabla Lastname: bla bla City: so and so….. instead of
    Name:………
    Lastname: …….
    City: ……..
    I actually can’t reproduce the problem because I receive them correctly, but he’s using a MAC with Entourage.
    Do you know of possible issues with such mailer…and if there’s anything I can do rather than switching to a different Form plugin which will force me to remake quite a bit of CSS? Thanks.

    Hey Alberto,

    If you are able to view it correctly then it is not a problem with the theme but looks like the email client is not displaying correctly. Is it possible to ask the client to view it on the same email client that you view on?

    I understand your point Vinay, but unfortunately the client I’m referring to is the web agency that commissioned the job and they want to make sure that the contact email will get to the final customer as standard as possible on every device and mailer. All I can say is that in other projects it didn’t happen with Enfold theme versions prior than 3.5.2 and obviously neither with Contact Form 7.

    Would you mind providing a precise link and a screenshot/mockup of the issue, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    We may also need to login and check so please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    I created a new test page and checked for the issue but i too receive it as normal mail with correct line breaks. It don’t seem to be an issue with the theme but only an issue that props up with the Entourage on MAC.

    Please try using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and let us know if this fix the issue.

    Yes as I posted, with CF7 it won’t happen. Guess my agent has to change his mailer ^__^. Thanks for your time Vinay, best regards
