Hello! For some reason when I’m trying to direct the contact form to a certain email < (Email address hidden if logged out) > it isn’t allowing me and changing to a default that isn’t even a part of domain it’s defaulting to < (Email address hidden if logged out) > and every time I try to change it, it doesn’t permit me.
With the image provided, I show you the default email provided, and the email I am trying to input. I even tried having both in there, and still no luck.
June 1, 2016 at 8:05 am #641284Hi PRESIDENTIALPROPERTIES,
Could you try deleting the element and creating a new one? If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Regards,
RikardJune 3, 2016 at 7:15 am #642420I did built the website on a different domain and transfer the database over and the public_html files, but I assume I did not do this correctly.
June 4, 2016 at 10:23 am #642893Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Also please confirm which is the correct email address so we can help set it up for you :)
Best regards,
VinayJune 12, 2016 at 10:06 pm #647044Hello
I thought I replied to this email. I guess it never sent.June 14, 2016 at 4:39 pm #648113Hi,
I noticed the problem on frontpage, I made a test page and checked on it and it works fine. Could you please delete the contact form on homepage with the issue and create a new contact form. It should fix the issue or else enable debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and copy the shortcodes from homepage to a different page to close the page and try changing the email address.
Best regards,
VinayJune 25, 2016 at 8:09 pm #653406I have no luck doing so.
Would anyone care to help me out?June 25, 2016 at 9:27 pm #653426Hey!
Have you enabled the Advanced Layout Builder debug, as Vinay suggested?
Please do and let us knowCheers!
BasilisJuly 2, 2016 at 9:57 pm #656162All it did was break my website hmm.
July 5, 2016 at 12:12 pm #656971Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyJuly 5, 2016 at 6:57 pm #657207Hey so I managed to break my website by putting the debug line twice in.
Fixed the issue, it’s working now, but I’m having an issue understanding what to do to make the Contact page permit to change the email to something other than (Email address hidden if logged out)“debug mode http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ and copy the shortcodes from homepage to a different page to close the page and try changing the email address.”
July 8, 2016 at 4:45 am #658280Hi,
We set the builder to debug mode and we found out that the email is manipulated by your cdn. Instead of the email address, we found this script in the email parameter of the shortcode:
[email protected]'
It’s a cdn security feature. You can prevent that from happening by creating a filter or rule in the cdn settings.
