    Hi there!

    Not sure why, but for some reason the contact form is not displaying correctly in Enfold. None of the elements are showing. Only submit and captcha show up. There are no active contact form plugins or anything like that. No Custom CSS either. Please see private details for login info.

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
