    Hey guys,

    The Contact Form element has stopped working on my page. It worked for as long as I know, and I viewed it one day the form was hidden on my page. The only things visible is the Submit button, besides that when I view source it says form = hidden, and the only input is a text input. I had a form with the inputs for Name, Email, Subject, Message.

    Maybe it’s an issues with other activated plugins? Or need to update the theme?
    Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi!

    You need to update the theme, you’re running 2.9.2, latest version is 3.1.5:
