Our business uses two pages for customers to contact us and provide us with essential information so we can provide quotations. Both of these form elements are failing to deliver messages. Not sure where they end up but they’re not coming through to us.
When we ran the site using the Replete theme, both of these pages and contact forms worked fine. Now we’re using the Enfold theme, neither of the forms are delivering customer’s messages.
We tested both these forms before going live and both worked fine. Since going live we’ve had customer complaining via email that we have not replied to the messages they sent through the forms- we never received these messages!
Testing was done on the live site not in a dev environment so nothing changed.
Have got no idea why in testing theses forms work but for customer it doesn’t. Please help!!

ElliottThe forms do work though and have been tested many times by ourselves and partners so we have receive the contents sent through the forms. When our customers use the forms though we receive nothing?!
