Hi!
I set-up a contact form and it works fine except with Yahoo. The Yahoo user is getting the auto-message saying that his email was sent, but the admin is not receiving anything. This doesn’t happen with Gmail. I updated the theme version as I read on another -closed- thread that this was the solution, but nothing.
What can I do?
Thanks!
Btw: Great theme!

Thank you for using Enfold.
Try to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/
This is the yahoo smtp mail settings: http://email.about.com/od/accessingyahoomail/f/Yahoo_Mail_SMTP_Settings.htm

IsmaelMarch 19, 2015 at 11:18 pm #414886Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your assistance. I tried the plugin but it didn’t work, now the yahoo user doesn’t even get the notification email it was getting before I installed the plugin :/ – which in a way is better because the admin remains the same as before: still not getting the email. So hehe, at least the yahoo user is not thinking that his email got through when it didn’t, let’s take that one as a win! LOL.
Joke aside, the main problem persists: the emails sent from the enfold contact forms by yahoo users are not being received by the admin of the website.
Do you have any other ideas? Maybe the problem is that this plugin hasn’t been tested with WP latest version, I don’t know…
Thanks again! Cheers!
March 19, 2015 at 11:24 pm #414889Hey! an update:
Thinking that maybe there’s a compatibility issue with the plugin, I decided to try with the Gmail user and see. That one didn’t work either, it used to before installing the plugin, but after it didn’t :/ – so I deactivated the plugin, and we’re back to square one: all emails go through except Yahoo!
Any ideas? Thanks!
March 21, 2015 at 5:38 am #415637Hi!
Alright. Please try to use the Contact Form 7 plugin along with the smtp plugin. Test if the yahoo email is working. If not, it will help if you can contact your hosting provider regarding the issue.

IsmaelMarch 23, 2015 at 7:04 pm #416585Hi Ismael!
That worked, shame that the Contact Form 7 doesn’t have the option to put the field titles inside the fields itself like yours do, but I’ll see if I find a way. Anyways the main problem is fixed, the forms are working now.
Thanks a lot for your assistance!
Cheers! :)
March 23, 2015 at 7:12 pm #416594Hey!
Found the way to do it rather quickly, just leaving the post here in case someone in the future needs to do the same: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/contact-form-7-display-field-label-inside-field?replies=2
Thanks again! :)
March 24, 2015 at 9:27 am #416950April 26, 2017 at 3:54 am #783215By the way, I am having issues with Yahoo emails from contact form 7 and enfold contact form. I found that Yahoo and Gmail have spam policies. If the “from” is a yahoo and not sent through yahoo servers, the email on yahoo and gmail and other providers will be rejected.
