    I access from this site link to two contact form but a few days does not appear the text box but only the labels. Today I updated wp to rel 4.5.2 , theme Enfold (3.5.4) and all plugins but the contact form is still not working. I also tried to follow all the steps of your topic but without any result. I also tried to create a new contact form from scratch but nothing.
    Can you help me, thanks.

    I tried the above, but my problem is that in contact page not appear textbox and send mail button. I also tried to disable all plugins but the problem remains. At the moment all the plugins are updated to the latest version and wp is the rel. 4.5.2

    Hi,

    I think it may be due to a conflict with custom css. please remove custom css if you have added any and check. if you still have the same issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    I tried now to temporarily remove the custom css but the problem remains. Sending private mode credentials for access.

    Hi,

    There is no problem with the theme, the custom css added in the child theme is causing the conflict. Please go to Appearance > Editor > Child theme styles

    Remove all styles and add it back one block at a time to know which css is causing the issue.
