    Hi Team,

    We have a problem while sending the contact form. After submitting the contact form, receiver of the contact form didn’t received any contact form in their mailbox.
    We have tested with several contact form plugin. At first we though it might be the plugin problem, but after we test it with several plugin, it seem doesn’t work too. Maybe it is because of the theme itself?

    We tested with these plugin:
    – Contact Form 7
    – WP Form

    So it doesn’t work with the plugins you listed either? If so then you WordPress installation is likely not able to send emails, you can test that by requesting a new password for your user for instance.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’ve tried the new password request for new user, but it doesn’t work as well.
    It that problem from the WordPress itself? If yes, did you know how to solve it?
