    I’m using the Enfold contact form and I’ve added the e-mail address where I should receive the notification but I’m not receiving anything.

    Hi fjrichart!

    Try using an email address hosted on the same domain as the site. You may need to talk with your hosting provider and make sure the server is allowed to send out mail via php mail.

    Hi, I`m having the same problem, but its not possible to use an Email Adress from the same hosted.
    Is there any other possibility?
    Or can you recommend another contact form (plugin?) that suits in the design?

    Please use this plugin to prevent emails from going into the junk or spam folders: http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

    We always recommend the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    In my case the problem was solved creating the contact form again from scratch using the Enfold. I didn’t need any pluging and I don’t know why the first time didn’t woirk.
