    Hi,

    Our contact form within several pages in the website has seem to disappear,

    it is still present in the source code of the website when we ‘inspect element’ but it’s not visible.

    The only thing that’s visible is the title + submit button, anything in between is gone,

    we’ve had issues with our contact form in the past and I’ve posted these topics which were solved.

    the solution then was to add this plugin which worked, WP-Mail-SMTP,
