Hello,
Recipients of emails through the Enfold Contact form are receiving a message that says:
This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing
See the message here: http://imgur.com/iPnCuOo
How can we avoid this?
Thanks,
Brian
Hey Brian,
That is because your mails are being sent through your hostings php mail and they are being detacted as spams. Please try using a SMTP plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
Best regards,
Yigit
Thanks, we have installed this plugin. We are, however, now noticing that the forms are just simply not working. Please see the following examples and submit some test posts.
Form 1: https://hiphi.org/contact/
Form 2: https://hiphi.org/youth/
The posts are being written to the back-end plugin (Contact Form DB), but they are taking a VERY long time to process on the user-end (leaving users to believe the form is broken; see screenshot showing “Processing”, which stays up on the screen for upwards of a full minute) and the emails are not being sent to the designated recipient ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ). Once the form is submitted, there also is no confirmation message on any of the forms (there was before.)
Please help – thanks.
Brian
