contact form Avia Layout Builder

Hello,

I am managing the websites at work and have added a checkbox field in the contact form (Avia Layout Builder) for the Belgian and French site so far no problem. However, if I go to the Dutch website (www.acurity.nl) and select the ‘contact page’ in the dashboard of http://www.acurity.nl/wp-admin – Pages/Contact , the page keeps on loading endlessly and i cannot do anything. Does this have anything to do with the contact form or would this be another reason ?
