    Hey there,

    i tried everything.
    i am using Enfold’s contact form with an Autoresponder – it shall send a thank and links (without http) for a download.
    I am already using easy smtp. It works so far. But here not!
    Neither it sends an email nor the autorosponder works.
    Moreover i am facing a weird behavior – suddenly there is a captcha or the answer is clipped starting with an ‘
    Cleared Cache. No change.

    We must use Enfolds contact form and cannot use CF7.

    May you please have a look. Thank you very much.

    Hey Tobiy,

    This could be a possible server issue. Have you attempted to contact your host to ensure everything is configured properly?

    Sure, everything works properly. It is just that specific page. The page behaves weird.

    Hi Jordan,

    NO contact form is working anymore or appears.

    Another site was closed from my provider to due to an issue:

    Hi,

    Was your provider not able to offer any further insight on the issue as to the sudden malfunction? Have you made any updates or changes to the site lately? When did this issue begin?

    3 Days ago, when i imported it from the demo landingpage. I deleted the ids as you can see. But thats it.

    Emails are working. But especially on this site….No.

    No, only there. Could you have a look.
    All email settings are the same.

    BUT on this site and another test site : recaptcha is deactivated but appears?
    i already installed a fresh copy and will try to install an older version.

    But this console error is something weird:

    Hi,

    I logged in and looked at the plugins. Apologies, I had to deactivate and reactivate to test. Are you using Contact Form 7 now?

    no Problem – CF is a SOS-solution. CF works, but i would prefer Enfolds contact form. You can deactivate CF of course…and try with a nother contact form…really i dont get it.

    Is contact form 7 working as it should? If so please reactivate the Enfold form so I can see if the conflict lies in a plugin.

    Hi,

    Yes, unfortunately without being able to pin-point the exact difference in this site from the the others you have using the Enfold form then CF7 may have to be the best solution.
