Hello, I have Auto Responder text entered for an automatic message to be sent to a person completing the contact form on my website once the form has been submitted. The FROM field in the email going to the person completing the form is in the form of myBlueHostID@box(xxx).bluehost.com
How can I get the FROM field in the email going back to the person completing the Contact Form to show my actual business email address or my company name and not the format stated above?
Thank you!

I’m not quite sure what you mean from the description. What is the issue with using the form fields as is right now? Is something not working or are you looking to customize how the form elements works?
Cheers!

Basically when people fill out the form on my website, they get an email with an automated message because I completed the Autorespond Text field. When they get this email it does not come from my business email address rather it comes from the email with the format I mentioned which is myBlueHostID@box(xxx).bluehost.com. How do I get it to come from my business email address rather than this format which divulges my bluehost ID and box number? Thanks!

This is more of a server issue rather than a theme one, you’d need to contact your service provider support.
Cheers!

Try changing the autoresponder
from
email with this code:

JosueOctober 13, 2014 at 8:06 am #334685Yes, I already tried both of those. One of them sends both contact form and the autoresponder email to the contact form default address in stead of sending it to customer. The other one does not work either.
