Seems like there is nothing I can do to make the contact form work. I am not a wiz at this stuff but I am able to navigate and set up your theme and I use it everyday. I love it but I seem to keep having problems with the sign-up form not working and now the mailchimp sign-ups are not working either.
Please help – I have tried numerous things that normally worked in the past.
Wordpress and theme are up-to date
I have removed the contact form saved and then added it back
Then I discovered my newsletter sign-ups are not working either
Then I read the forum help topics and tried the suggested plug-ins – they don’t work
I added the PHP file – that didn’t work – if I even added it correctly
I did not clear my browser cache but I did try this in 2 other browsers that I don’t normally use.

    Hey,

    Have you already tried this?

Go to the login screen of your WordPress installation and attempt to recover your user password

    Best regards,

I know my user password – why do I need this?

To test if your WordPress install can send e-mails. Your password won’t be changed.

I did try this earlier and I realize that my admin password password has been changed. Did you change that by chance? I am going to try again and do what you have suggested 1st thing in the morning – it has been a busy couple of days.

No i didn’t. Perhaps WordPress generated another password, in any case another thing you could try is set the address of the username you’ve created for us (enfoldsupport) to something like (Email address hidden if logged out) so we can test it for you.

    Best regards,

Hello, I am finally able to get back to this problem.
When I attempt to reset the password – this is what I get.

The email could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    Hi,

Ok, then your WordPress installation cannot send emails, could you try to contact your hosting provider to see if they can help you out please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
