Has anyone else been having issues with the Contact Form 7 plugin working? I’m using the same plugin on other themes and it works fine, but this one is having issues. I build it and then put the shortcode onto the page I want (dev.alexmasica.com/contact) but when I try to submit the contact form, it says that the message failed to send. I’ve tried using multiple email addresses from different email providers, thinking that might be the issue, but nothing is working.
Is there code I can change somewhere to the theme to get the form to work correctly? This is really frustrating because it’s the last thing I need to work out before making this site live. Please help. Thanks!

I performed a test with the default Theme active and the error showed up, the issue is not theme-related, you’d need to contact your hosting provider, tell them the php mail() function is not working.

JosueDecember 4, 2013 at 9:09 pm #196348It’s not a hosting issue because I’m using Contact Form 7 on other themes with the same hosting provider and they work just fine. This is the only theme where it doesn’t work.
December 4, 2013 at 9:13 pm #196350Hi!
Yes, but it didn’t work even with the default WordPress theme:
Try it yourself, switch back to Twenty Twelve and perform a test in your contact page.
