I’ve searched the forums and Google til my eyes burn.

For the life of me I can’t figure out why my form won’t submit. The “Send My Application” button doesn’t even seen to be a link.

    Thank you…

i can not remember if there was in former times a button called “Send My Application”
it looks strange to contact form 7

You can label the Submit button anything you want. Mine looks like this [submit “Send My Application”], but it isn’t acting as a link. Nothing happens when I push the button. No spinning icon, no error, nothing.

I’m trying something different. You can close this thread. Thanks.

Scratch that last reply, the other thing didn’t work.

I’d really like to get this to work but the other thing didn’t allow the send button to work either. So I don’t think it is a plugin thing.

    Your thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Erin

    Hi,

update theme to newest version. Deactivate all plugins but default Contact Form 7 plugin, to find out which one is causing this issue.

I FIGURED IT OUT!! WOOT WOOT!!

So, for anyone else that has this problem, if you are using Contact Form 7 and you are using the Acceptance tag, the checkbox HAS to be checked in order for the Submit button to become a link. Even if it is in a hidden [group]. So you are better off using a [checkbox] to ask permission/get acceptance if you are using [groups] otherwise if it is hidden and unable to be checked, your for will be rendered useless.

Took me days to figure out, but hope this thread helps someone else!!
