contact form

Hi! I implemented a contact form in one of my pages in where people could subscribe themselves for a movie-serial.
Now I understand that at least one of the persons (who fortunately email me that he subscribed himself) subscription never reached me. I asked him to try again but it didn’t work out. Als he didn’t recieve anything that the subscription failed. I never received his message. For now I decided to make it a Mailchimp-form so I solved the problem but I would like to use the form as well that Enfold provides. But have to be 100% sure that messages arrive. What happened?
