    Elliott,

    as you suggested I’m opening a new topic for my contact form issue.
    I’m working with the latest version of wordpress but the contact form does not show as created in the editor…in fact beside the send button and the header text the text fields itself do not appear in the live browser view. Any idea why that’s the case?

    Hey mhauslaib!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme, 2.9.1. Please activate the latest version 3.0.4. This should fix the issue. You have multiple Enfold theme on your themes older. Please delete the older versions to avoid confusion.

    Hey Ismael,
    thanks! but why does enfold tell me that I’m using the latest version?
    When I asked to update it says that it”s already up to date…
    Will give it another try.

    Hey!

    Please try updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    and make sure that your API key is correct

    Hey there,
    I downloaded the enfold folder with the new version 3.0.4 and uploaded it via FTP (Filezilla) to my online folder.
    Still the contact form does not work and it seems that it does not show the latest version on the editor (also see my screenshot telling else).
    I checked the downloaded and uploaded version in the .txt it is 3.0.4 Looking at the editor it seems it still runs 2.9.2

    Any ideas how i can fix the contact form?

    Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files

    Yigit,
    I think I know why I have trouble with the live version….As I have two enfold themes on my appearance theme folder.
    I already ran an update via FTP to version 3.0.4
    The isue is that the activ theme is the old version 2.9.2 and is obviously not updated but the other enfold non active is 3.0.4
    So I think the FTP update was applied to the non active version.
    Any idea how i can make the active version run on 3.0.4?
