We moved our website to another domain and did a complete redesign. Everything is working fine but our contact forms aren’t working. We use several contact forms on our website but they won’t send, not to our domain and also not to gmail. I installed form 7. It worked and it sended right away to my own domain.
Hey Candratech,
Have you contacted your hosting provider to see if anything was disrupted when the site was moved to a new domain? The theme is more or less just the design and look of the site. Contact form delivery may point to a server issue so I would start there.
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
Hello Jordan,
The weird thing is that standard emails from the wordpress install are being delivered. I think something in the theme goes wrong. We didn’t move the website. we installed the theme and rebuild the website from scratch. The other thing is.. I installed form 7 and it worked fine.
Kind regards,
Hi Candratech,
Can you please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and test the forms?
Best regards,
Victoria
