    Hi kreativesouls!

    That has nothing to do with our theme, we are afraid.
    Please consider instal WP SMTP and do some tests.
    If nothing works, please after consider to contact your hosting provider.

    I think it has something to do with the theme… I was unable to provide a clearer explanation earlier, because I was in between a few things, but here’s what’s going on:

    I added the “contact form” to the aforementioned page, then tested it to see if the form would alert me that someone (me) had filled it out. I waited… and waited… and waited… and nothing but a confirmation on the page, indicating the message had been sent – only no message was sent because I didn’t receive it.

    Unless it’s a matter of updating the version of WP, which is pretty current – 4.7.2 – it seems to be an issue with the theme. If not, please clarify what you mean by “running tests” and SMTP?

    UPDATE: I updated the theme and WP. Still nothing.

    I’ve had multiple people tell me they sent messages and had no idea the form was not working. Upon hearing that, I filled the form out myself (on a live page) and got nothing.

    Hi,

    To test if the problem is our theme, install the Contact form 7 plugin and test if the email is sending and you`re receiving normally.
