    Hi,

    if i put a short message “Thank you for message” and a autoresponder text the short message not shown after sending. And also i don’t get an responder Email.

    Hey Luisgasser,

    make sure to use newest theme version. Deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
