Contact fields are not getting display.

Hi,

I am using Coming soon demo of Enfold theme here http://www.railsaverpro.com.au/ but it is not showing the Name and Email fields of the contact form http://prntscr.com/58k1ye . I have check it in admin backend and the fields are there http://prntscr.com/58n462 .

Please let me know why these fields are not visible in front end.
