    Hello,

    Is there a number I can call directly to set up this theme on WordPress? We have a couple of questions we’d like to iron out over the phone.

    Unfortunately, we only provide support through our support forum. If you already have a license for one of our premium WordPress themes, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under sub forum of the theme you purchased.

    You can check out this video to see how to install your theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/.

    Hi Yigit,

    In order to register, I would need to purchase the actual theme, correct? If that is the case, I need assistance prior to purchasing a theme from Kriesi.
