A. Hello, the only DEMO I can import is the “main demo” which I don’t want. I want the CONSTRUCTION DEMO. I tried importing everyone of them and none worked. So I tried uploading the main demo as I thought maybe this would help. This is my third licence and the other 2 worked fine.
B .Also when I add my purchase licence to all 3 sites I get this error message.
“Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occurred:Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates”.Very grateful for your help as I need this site up in next 48 hours.

I believe the permissions were not sufficient.

I am still having trouble with importing the DEMO. It gets the same error. I looked online and a lot of other people have had the problem. I really need to have this site finisihed ASAP and look forward to your help.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The reason why it’s not working on your site is that PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled.
You can verify it in LayerSlider WP > Options > System Status (or go to the link in private content)
