Hello,
I’m having issues with uploading a page when I need to edit the page. It constantly shows an uploading/processing icon and allows me only the textual edits. Meanwhile, the functionality such as drag and drop of the sections is disabled. Website hosting company checked at their end, and they can’t find the cause for such behavior. Could you please help me out fixing this issue? I have provided the URL and credentials to check the page in the private content section of this thread.

Have you attempted disabling all active plugins to rule out any scripting conflicts? Also, are you receiving any console errors?

Yes and yes :) I’m receiving DB error, but our hosting company replied that this DB error is common and should not make impact on the management of the website.

When your hosting company checked were they able to reproduce the error? I was not when I logged in. I was able to use drag and drop, and received no loading issues.

No, they were not able. However, I can reproduce it with any browser and multiple apple computers. I would be happy to share my screen and show the problem. Can we schedule a call (Skype)? I’m locate in New Zealand.

The best thing would probably be to do a quick screen recording of the issue that you could link me to. Also, have you attempted to reproduce this error on a PC?

Thanks for that, I get the same error on my end. It’s not possible to drag any elements around on the page. Can you please try to enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps?

I have uploaded the child theme to the CSS toolbox, but it highlights it in red (assuming that it is wrong). I believe that it has to be inserted somewhere else instead of the CSS toolbox on WordPress. Should it be inserted by the hosting company?Regards,

The ‘stuck page thing’ is now affecting the rest of the pages. We are not able to edit the website anymore. Due to my low technical knowledge, what would be the fastest way to fix the problem? I’m happy to do a live session or anything else to have it sorted asap.

Thanks for the feedback, though I’m not sure what CSS Toolbox is. I’m guessing a plugin? If you are trying to install the child theme then it’s the same procedure as installing any other theme, you upload it under Appearance->Themes.

I was able to login to the site but the user role is not to set to admin so I can’t inspect the settings. The “subscribe” popup also triggers on the login page which should be happening. Did you use a plugin for it?

IsmaelSeptember 19, 2017 at 4:15 am #853658hbspt should stand for HubSpot. However, we have no advance settings of Hubspot. It is out of the box implementation. I have deleted all of the text boxes, but the issue did not disappear. It is also evident in other pages.

I duplicated the GDPR page and removed the “hbspt script. The page updates properly. ( see private field )
