    I have been editing the js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file, I have even erased it completely, but the cookie keeps getting stored

    I am not using it for GDPR reasons, however I do have a “I am just browsing” option to make the box disappear

    (I would like it to only disappear for that session)

    When the visitor leaves the website, if they return I would like the consent form to show up again

    Can you please help me accomplish this?

    I found the post where Yigit mentioned how to set the time for every 10 minutes, but that does not work for me either.

    I tried to change it to every one minute and then leave the site and return after one/a couple minutes, but my box did not show back up

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Maybe because of cache? Are you doing this through a child theme or the main file?
