    Hi Kriesi Support Team

    I get ‘connection errors’ on a lot of the images in Firefox Inspector. The website always loads fine for me but my client constantly has loading issues on the images and I am starting to think these connection errors are the issue.

    Would you have any insight as to why we would get these? We uploaded them via WordPress and inserted them via Enfold.

    Hi Corina,

    I checked the website on Firefox however images load fine for and i cannot find any connection errors for images.
    Could you please ask your client to disable all browser add-ons and also try loading the site on private window to see if that makes a difference?

    Hi Yigit

    Thanks for responding so fast. I am not sure if the error is in Firefox Dev. The client keeps sending emails saying the website is broken and doesn’t load all the images (only some).

    I have been chatting to Codeable about optimizing the website and they mentioned that there is a connection error on 41 images. How can I find these connection errors?

    Please ask your client to clear the browser cache. And you might want to clear the website cache.

    Hi Victoria

    It’s neither of these, we tried both (clearing browser cache & website cache) several before we posted here.

    Also, I don’t seem to get the errors in Firefox either, they come up on the pingdom tools website. We always get around 30 connection errors there and some of them are images, sometimes it’s more and mostly images.

    Hi Corina,

    We cannot really help you with that, that is not theme related, maybe these are the thumbs being requested that don’t exist anymore or the loss of connection for some reason.

    Hi,

    Because our theme hs nothing to do with deleting any images or with the loosely thumbs, as we do not compress any images from our side.
