    Hi,
    I just bought the Enfold theme today. After uploading and activating, the presentation of the Menu section is totaly unusual.
    Can you fix this Problem?

    Thanks for the login details, what exactly do you mean by “menu section”? Please try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot of the problem.

    I cannot see an upload button for a screenshot.

    I uploaded the demo data of the “Standard Demo”. in the preview Situation the are not only the main menu Points shown. all of the menu (even submenu) is displayed. So I can t see the page because of all Menue Buttons.

    Also – after installing the “Standard Demo” Content, there are a lot of the Content pages missing. Most of the pages were not Setup correctly and the masonry shop is missing.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback. By default all top level pages will be shown in the menu until you have created and assigned your own menu under Appearance->Menus, please try doing that.

    You can upload screenshots to an array of services like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Imgur, Snaggy or similar and then link to them here.

    Missing content; we can give you the shortcodes to the missing content if you like, just link to the demo pages which are missing here.

    Hi,

    I did a database reset an installed the demo Content again. The masonry shop is still missing. I did also try to Import the data manually:
    wp-content > themes > enfold > includes > admin > demo_files. But in this folder, there is no masonry shop.

    So, to make a long Story short – please take care that the masonry shop will find the way to the pages of my WordPress Account. I gave you my data in the first post.

    Thanks for the feedback. First off please activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    Then you can add the following shortcode to a new page:

Please note: The Masonry Shop is not suited for a shop with hundreds of products (in that case use the default shop) but if you only sell a handful of item and want to display them in a stylish way this might be the way to do it. The Masonry Shop has also some limitations that the "<a href="http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/">default shop</a>" doesn't have. It can't be selected as default shop or shop archive. It is meant to be an extra element on your Frontpage not to display a full fledged shop. Thats what the <a href="http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/">default shop</a> is for ;)

    Hi, this is NOT the masonry shop like in the enfold demo. this ist just a regular page with masonry design.
    Is it possible to explain why it is so hard to provide me with the mesonry shop from the enfold demo – just the “ready to use” masonry shop?
    The masonry shop was one of the main reasons to buy the theme.
    So if it is not possible to use the demo masonry shop – I can delete the theme an you can give back the Money that I payed.

    Second Thing: The “Contact” page isn´t loking like the one in the demo preview. can you please take care of this as well?

    I have created some products, so you can start building the masonry shop. please make sure, that the shop has the same style like in the enfold demo.

    Hi,
    thank`s again for setting up the masonry shop.
    Still have one problem: when I choose one of the shop intems, there is no Detail page like in the demo.
    Can you please take care, that the Detail page is also set up?

    (I gave the masonry shop the new Name “Shop”)

    Detail page is the product page. How you built it is up to you. That product is built with the default editor.
