    Hello.

    We have been running Enfold and WP-Tpyes.com’s Views plugin for several years.

    With the latest update to both Enfold and Views, the Avja Page Builder does not function when the Views plugin is active. A spinning gear is presented, but no page elements load.

    We have checked the plugin developer, WP-Types, and they directed us to the theme dev, you. (https://wp-types.com/forums/topic/toolset-plugins-compatibility-issue-with-wordpress-4-5/) The solution they link to allows Avia to load, but not function. With the specific line (215 in the current version) commented out, the elements in Avia display, but clicking on a page element does not produce the pop-up editor and attempting to access the CONTENT ELEMENTS or MEDIA ELEMENTS tabs is not possible, clicking has no effect.

    Can you please comment or help on this point? I understand it is a conflict and, while no one is at fault, it leaves a user base stuck in the middle.

    Hey redpupmedia!

    I have done some checking with those 2 plugins and I see it properly running, if nothing else is activated.
    I am not sure if it located to us 100%, I will do dig further and I find any issue, I will report to Kriesi.

    I have exactly the same issue and the guys at ToolTypes are adamant that its due to the new update of Enfold. I have previously been using this theme and Toolet for 2+ years with no problem

    Can you issue a proper fix please? I really need to be able to edit my site again and It seems that users are getting caught in the middle whilst theme creators and plugin creators deny any responsibility!

    Hello.

    Attached is a screenshot of the JS errors when both Types, Views, and Enfold are active.

    Please let me know what other diagnostic info you need to troubleshoot.

    Hi!

    we can’t provide support for every 3rd party plugin out there as written in our support policy and if plugin’s author can’t help you then you need to hire a freelance developer for this job to make this plugin compatible. A huge amount of time and customization would be necessary, that’s why we can’t help in this case.
