EDIT: the plug-in author says it’s on their end. No need for help. Thanks!
First off, the issue I am having goes away with the Twenty Twenty Theme and no other plugins seem to be the conflict, so I am thinking it is something that happened with the recent Enfold theme update.
Basically, the shopping cart page associated with the NextGen Pro plugin has a tag of “display: none” and will not show up in any of the menus. If I add it to the main menu, it hides the entire list of menu items along with it. Right now I have it in the upper right corner as a secondary menu on the far right. It shows up in Chrome’s Inspector, but again, it is somehow tagged with a “display: none” and is therefore hidden from view.
