My site is experiencing issue when using Advanced Google Maps Plugin
https://codecanyon.net/item/advanced-google-maps-plugin-for-wordpress/5211638?_ga=2.101732417.1713810531.1621120475-2016443064.1614705242It used to work on Enfold ver 4.5.6 but it stopped working for the latest version 4.8.2
When using the short code, it used to be able to display maps with more than 250 locations when using the Avia Layout editor. Now it just does not show anything.
Please take a look at the image link.

Where can we see and reproduce this problem? Please note that our support is limited when it comes to third party plugins, so I would suggest that you reach out to the developers of the plugin as well.
Also, did you select to disable Google Maps under Enfold->Google Services?
Best regards,

Enfold->Google Services is enabled with API so I don’t think that is the problem.
Please watch the video for more details.Thanks.

May 20, 2021 at 6:14 am #1301320Hi,
Thanks for the video. I tried disabling Google Maps in the theme, but that didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Could you try disabling all other plugins, to see if there is conflict coming from any of them? I’m seeing jQuery errors on the page, but I’m not sure what is causing them.
Best regards,
RikardMay 21, 2021 at 9:46 pm #1301708Hi Rikard,
I have disabled all the plugins except the Advanced Google Maps Plugin. The problem is still there so it is definitely a conflict with the Advanced Layout Builder.
When the short code of Advanced Google Maps Plugin is used in the default editor, the plugin works properly and there is no issue displaying maps with more than 250 locations.
There must be some kind of update done to the theme after version 4.5.6 is causing the issue.
Thanks,
Tony.May 24, 2021 at 5:18 am #1301904Hi,
Thanks for the update. Our support is limited when it comes to debugging third party plugins unfortunately. But it seems like the map is working when using the default WordPress editor, please see private. Maybe you could use that editor for that particular page? Also please try reaching out to the authors of the plugin in question, if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardMay 27, 2021 at 6:29 pm #1302704Hi Rikard,
Thank you for that feedback.
The advanced editor is what makes the Enfold theme special so not being able to use it kind of defeat the purpose of using Enfold theme in the first place.Would you be able to at least point me in the right direction by letting me know what jQuery errors that you saw?
I will reach out to the plugin developer to see if they could do something on their end as well. Thanks,
