It appears there is a conflict between Enfold 3.3.2 / WooCommerce 2.4.6 / WordPress 4.3.

When the Enfold theme is activated and the WooCommerce plugin is activated, all pages just show the spinning loader graphic.

If we deactivate the plugin, pages load. Alternatively, if we change the theme, the pages load.

As of today, we are running the latest versions of Enfold, WooCommerce, and WordPress.

    Hey scottwgraves,

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    There is a conflict.

We uninstalled and reinstalled Enfold v3.3.2

We uninstalled and reinstalled WooCommerce 2.4.6 (and 2.4.7).

    Wordpress is version 4.3.1

When WooCommerce plugin is activated, and the Enfold theme is active, fullwidth sliders and fullscreen sliders do not work. Also, if WooCommerce is activated and the Page Preloading is checked, pages do not load.

This does not happen with other themes.

    Hey!

what happens if you deactivate all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes? because maybe one is causing a conflict.

    Regards,
    Andy

Doesn’t change anything. It appears to be related to interaction between the main WooCommerce plugin and the latest version of Enfold.

    Hey!

can you provide us a precise link where we can see the issue? couldn’t find it on your website.

Try to delete all theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

    Cheers!
    Andy

We completely deleted the old Enfold theme via SFTP. Reinstalled the latest version. Reset file permissions. Confirmed we have the latest version of WooCommerce installed.

The link I gave is specific. It’s the homepage of the website: http://securakey.wpengine.com/ (hosted on WPengine)

At the top of the page is a full width slider. When WooCommerce plugin is activated with Enfold, the slider is not visible. When the WooCommerce plugin is deactivated with Enfold, the slider returns.

All other WooCommerce related plugins have been deactivated. The only one that causes a conflict with Enfold is the main WooCommerce plugin.

Problem resolved. It was a combination of WooCommerce, Enfold, and Download Manager Pro. As usual, Download Manager Pro is a problem.
