Hi, our website runs Enfold 3.6.1 and WordPress 4.5.3. and we are encountering a lot of problems using the Avia Layout Builder to modify elements in the pages. For example clicking on a “icon box’ element from the Layout Builder it just opens a blank pop up window where the loading wheel never stops spinning. And the same error happens with the majority of avia elements for all the website pages.
So we have tried deactivating all plugins one by one to see which of them is causing an eventual conflict and WooCommerce was identified to be the cause. Now we cannot use the Avia Layout Builder without deactivating the WooCommerce plugin before.
We have already tried solutions shown in other topics in this forum (like increasing wp memory size and other stuff) but the problem still persists.Do you have any suggestions to fix this?
Any help will be so much appreciated, thanks in advanceSeptember 2, 2016 at 1:19 pm #681269Hey bong,
You are running an old version of the theme please update to the latest version 3.7.1 If you do not see the update options try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

VinaySeptember 6, 2016 at 1:08 pm #682593Hi Vinay, thanks for your reply.
We have tried updating Enfold theme to 3.7.1 but the problem still remains the same. Also we have installed the plugin you suggested (Transient Cleaner) and update WooCommerce at the last version, but the Avia Layout Builder keeps spinning the loading wheel when you try to modify some kind of elements.
At this point we just don’t know what other solutions try to implement to fix it, can you guys help us?
Thanks so much,
CorradoSeptember 6, 2016 at 1:45 pm #682614Hi!
Can you please ask your web hosting provider to make the php memory limit to 256M and let us know if that solved the issue?
Thanks a lot for your patience and understanding
Cheers!
BasilisSeptember 6, 2016 at 2:43 pm #682660Hi Basilis, thanks for answering..
We have already increase our php memory limit and now is set to 1024M.
We test the website also on localhost, but with no better results..September 10, 2016 at 8:22 pm #684565Hi,
I made a test page and your ALB works totally fine to me. Could you fix it?

AndySeptember 11, 2016 at 6:57 pm #684795Hi!, it seems like you have create this test page turning off all the major plugins, especially WooCommerce :)
Reactivating WooCommerce and the other plugins the ALB doesn’t work properly (test page included). We are having troubles also displaying the products Attributes menu item from WooCommerce (opens a blank page) and to open single attributes tabs on product editor, but both problems maybe are mostly related to WC and not to Enfold, anyway any suggestions will be appreciated!
Thanks a lot in any caseBest regards,
CorradoSeptember 12, 2016 at 12:06 pm #685014Hi,
no, I did not deactivate any of your plugins and they are still activated as I see. The test page I created is still working fine for me: http://i.imgur.com/OhZVaYA.png
Please clear your browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Check on another computer as well.

September 22, 2016 at 10:53 pm #690437Hello, the problem still persists on our website. The only new ‘clue’ we have found is that Avia builder restart working properly when products are unpublished (drafts). But it seems it’s not linked to our php memory set to 1024M, it happens also on localhost. Any further advice would be really useful guys….
