    hi, how can i set a confirmation mail for my forms?
    For example, i have a form for bookings and want to send a mail to the user who have to confirm it.

    Hi Luisgasser!

    That is not possible through our form, but you can create a response email, from your emailing system.
    So, when the email arrives to your mailbox, you can reply that the confirmation is done or that you got the email and you will reply shortly.

    Hey!

    Thank you for coming back.

    When adding a contact form with the ALB you have a field “Autorespond Text”. This text is sent to the user as an answer when you recieve the E-Mail.

    Hey!

    As Gunter said, the Autoresponder can work from there.
    But as I suggested, if you want to have a way to have the customer actually confirm the booking, u need to do it per my suggestion.
