Configuring and customizing theme after purchase

Good morning! This is Melisa from COINED, we are looking for a WP theme to convert our main site from Drupal to WP. We saw your theme and all the options it has and we think that it could be a valuable tool for our company.

The thing is I’m a WordPress Starter and we will probably need many customizations in terms of style and also in backend details. We have previous experience with Eduma, a theme we bought from Thimpress, and their customer support either takes too long to answer or never answer at all.

Budget is no problem so if we have to pay extra for either tutorials or help, we will, I just want to make sure that we can count on your assistance once we bought the theme.

My client is very demanding and specific with his requirements and most of the time this required changes in either php or css, subjects that I am learning at the moment, so while I can take care of some changes, I won’t be able to take care of it all. Also, I’m always thinking that what I do might not be code-wise (I am aware that a clean code will have effect in loading times and that is very important for us).

So to sum up, what I need is to know if you can either recommend or if we can work with one of your designers or maybe a freelance developer that is familiar with your Enfold theme, to help us out.
