    Hi Enfold,

    I’ve been a customer of your for years, enjoyed your product, paid my license fee always, and have an issue.

    I bought Enfold via Envato Marketplace. I think 5 years ago. No issues, everything works with Enfold.
    Back two years ago I purchased some Gravity forms plugin that didn’t work. Envato didn’t respond so I disputed the charge with PayPal.

    As such I didn’t realize they had locked out my account due to my having raised some $34 dispute with PayPal.

    This presents a bigger problem: My client wanted to purchase Enfold today, so I tried to log into my account to purchase a copy and Envato is refusing to unlock the account.

    Do you know about this? Do you support this?
    Please advise on how you recommend I handle this situation

    Hi Joel,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear about the situation.

    Purchase and download processes are managed by Envato, therefore the issue should be solved between you and Envato. Have you tried contacting Envato support? They might be able to unlock your profile or recommend an alternative solution. I am just guessing but creating a new account might help.
