    Hi,
    I need help and it’s urgent. I’ve bought the enfold theme 1-2 years ago for my website http://www.clearfocus-nachhilfe.ch
    A couple of weeks ago I bought it again for my other website http://www.silvanwirz.ch I installed it and it works fine here. BUT later I saw that my other website http://www.clearfocus-nachhilfe.ch was COMPLETELY GONE. I only see blank pages now! And in the admin area I can’t access any enfold-related mutations anymore. Could you please help me quickly? This website is my business homepage and it should be up and running.

    Morning,

    Do you still access to the ftp or hosting?
    White pages like this can be caused by a php error.
    If you have access look in either the php.ini or error_log file(s).
    Contact the hosting and see if what version of php they are running. Have you updated Enfold and the domain that is down? It maybe a conflict between theme and server php version.
