Hi guys,
Is Enfold compatible with this plugin?
http://codecanyon.net/item/total-donations-for-wordpress/full_screen_preview/9985487I just wondered if you could let me know before I purchase it on behalf of a client.
Thanks,
Krissie
February 25, 2016 at 12:07 pm #588969Hey Krissie!
We haven’t tested that plugin with the theme so we can’t really tell if it’s compatible or not. I’ll leave this thread open in case someone else has something to say about it.
Best regards,
JosueJune 15, 2016 at 2:03 pm #648592I am having a problem here as well. This plugin works fine with other themes, but not with Enfold. I love this theme, so it would be wonderful if we could get it to work. The plugin loads fine, but when I go to use authorize.net or stripe, the name fields and the date fields are not usable. I can’t add any text to the name or select a date on the drop down options. Take a look:
If there is something I can do to fix this, I would appreciate it. I am not a tech. Thanks. Alan
June 16, 2016 at 12:55 pm #649175Hi,
The form displayed there worked fine for me, can you post a screenshot of your view?
Best regards,
JosueJune 16, 2016 at 1:08 pm #649178you were able to input your name in the authorize. net field at the bottom? Everything looks fine on the page, but I can’t actually add info to either the name field or the drop down for the date on the credit card. I CAN add info to the credit card field. The plugin works fine when I switch themes to any other theme, but when I activate enfold, it blocks it.
June 16, 2016 at 1:59 pm #649208Thank you so much for helping me figure this out Josue!
June 16, 2016 at 2:10 pm #649213By the way, I’ve tried it on multiple computers trying to rule out a computer specific issue and I am also NOT able to use the name or credit card fields on other computers as well.

June 20, 2016 at 2:08 pm #650805Hi,
Looks like the authorize.net button is not working even with the default theme, can you confirm that?
Best regards,
JosueJune 27, 2016 at 8:13 pm #653945Hey Josue,
Thanks for checking in. I have checked on all the default themes and everything seems to work fine on the other themes. I am able to input name and able to use the date dropdown on the experation/CVC in the other themes. So the plugin seems to work fine. It looks like it’s something specific about the Enfold theme that is causing the problem. I have not changed anything from the original there (not added any extra code)July 1, 2016 at 12:50 pm #655716Hi,
I’m afraid, then the plugin does not seem to be compatible. Ask plugin’s author about it, as we can’t support every 3rd party plugin existing (as written in our support policy). Search for another plugin if the author can’t help you.
Best regards,
Andy -
