Hello,
I am aware that Enfold is a responsive theme, but I like the advanced functionalities that are offered in the WPtouch Pro plugin for displaying a separate mobile version of the website. I have used WPtouch pro in the past with other advanced page builders (e.g., Visual Composer) and other shortcode plugins and have not had any problems. However, when using it with Enfold, it just shows the raw shortcode text (regardless if I used the Avia Page Builder or just used an Enfold shortcode within the regular WordPress default editor).
WPtouch Pro has an article on how this issue can be addressed. Please see here: https://support.wptouch.com/support/solutions/articles/5000549066-shortcodes-not-showing-up-in-wptouch-pro
I’m assuming that what is referenced above is my only hope at getting Enfold to play nicely with WPtouch Pro. You will see that they reference CSS and Javascript from the theme’s shortcodes. Can you please let me know exactly what I would need to copy over from Enfold to WPtouch Pro per the instructions that they provided?
I am also open to hearing any other solutions that you might have. Thanks!

You can contact one of our Customization Contractors, who will help you out with the process.
We do not offer support for integration with third party plugins, especially when that has to do with removing functionality of a theme.

Let us know if we could do anything else, regarding our theme

BasilisJuly 20, 2015 at 1:33 pm #475782Hi Basilis. Thanks for the reply. OK. I understand about not providing support. Can you at least please tell me the specific CSS files and the specific Javascript files that Enfold uses for its shortcodes? I will try to work out things on my own with integrating once I am at least able to locate those files from within the theme. Thanks!
