Hi Trent!
The login information is not working for me.
Make sure your not using the layout builder when editing your posts. If you are then the comments will not display, you have to manually drag the comments element to the post content if you want them to display with the layout builder.
Best regards,
ElliottNovember 9, 2015 at 7:00 pm #532835I have tried what you told me to do, but it didn’t work, so there must be a bug. I have provided the password in the private content area.
November 10, 2015 at 5:10 pm #533462Hi!
Everything looks correct. Have you done customizations to the theme files? Let’s try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. That should fix it.

November 10, 2015 at 6:06 pm #533512If I delete the theme and re-install it, won’t all the pages that were built with the advanced editor get screwed up? What about all the settings
in the theme options?November 11, 2015 at 7:06 am #533860Hi,
Your pages and settings should be fine but please do a full backup of the site before to be on the safe side. You could try overwriting the theme files, it should have the same effect – overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardNovember 12, 2015 at 7:10 pm #535035Hi Rikard,
I have FTP’d into my server, deleted all the Enfold theme folder, re-installed the theme via the WP-admin panel, and the problem persists. What do I do now?
November 13, 2015 at 7:53 am #535257November 13, 2015 at 8:16 am #535273Rikard,
I’m having the problem on every existing page and post. I also have the problem on any new posts and pages. I cannot have any comments anywhere on the site.
Please be more proactive and help me fix this asap as its a huge problem. I have already supplied you with admin and FTP credentials for my staging site. You can do/try anything you want as that is not a live site. You do not need to write back and say “I’d like to try this…or that…is that ok?”
Just do it.
Thank you.

Are you working on this?
November 17, 2015 at 12:54 am #536998Hi Trent!
Sorry it took a little longer than it should. You had following custom CSS code in Quick CSS field
div.hr.hr_flag, .comment-entry { display: none; }
I removed it and comment form is now showing up. Please review your website.
Cheers!
