Hey mwolfert!
Hmm, not really sure what you mean here. The comment form is only a textarea so there is no “visual” or “wysiwyg” aspect to it.
Take a screenshot and highlight what your referring to so we can get a better idea.

Elliott
Hey Elliot,
have a look here: http://blog.lichttraeumer.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/enfold-comment.png
As the page is loaded (e.g. http://blog.lichttraeumer.de/blogparade-dslr-smartphones-systemkameras/) and you scroll down, you can see, that there’s a “Visual” and “Text” label and (!) the input field is not visible for the customer. The input field gets visible, and only then, when the user clicks on “Text”.
So question: how can i get rid of the “visual” label, and how gets the input field for the customer visible “per default”, and not after clicking the “Text” label.
Best,
Martin
Hi,
I’m not sure what’s going on there, could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? If that doesn’t work then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look, you can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
Rikard
Hey Rikard aka “Mister early bird” :)
This idea, to have look in the plugin list was great, could be mine :)
Thx for the hint!
The “Crayon Syntax Highlighter” was the bad one …
