Comments not showing in pages using saved templates

1- Create a page using the builder.
2- That contains a section for comments.
3- Save as a template.
4- Create a new page and use the template.
5- It loads all elements (including the comments section).
6- Publish or update page.

The comments section when seeing the page DOES NOT show up.

So, the original page has and shows comments fine, the template when loaded has comments, but once you view the page that uses the template, there are no comments.
