    Hi all,

    I know, the Social plugin is not supported officially. Nevertheless I have a strange behaviour of Enfold using it. The Social plugin pulls all comments and likes from Facebook and all retweets from Twitter into my comments. I see them in the comment list of the backend, I see them in the “Latest comments” widget, I see them in the comments counter of Enfold, but they are not shown in the comments list of enfold (see attached screenshot). Can someone explain me why and how I can solve this issue?

    Hi kbopp!

    Are the comments waiting to be moderated? Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy.

    If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

    Hi!

    I logged in but it doesn’t look like there is anything we will be able to do. I would try finding a different plugin to use.
