February 7, 2020 at 4:09 pm #1182335Hi,
I am using Enfold Version: 4.6.3.1 with WordPress 5.3.2I create a new post and decide to use the ‘Avia Layout Builder’. I insert no content, just a title. In the Discussions section for this post ‘Allow comments’ is checked. I try to view the post in front but the comments are not showing in the lower part of the post. The general settings for comments in WordPress are set to default (as they are set by WordPress upon installation), so the comments are not blocked or something. I create a second post and decide to use ‘Default Editor’ for it. With some content and a title. For everything else I leave the same settings as first post.
I view the post in front. This one has the comment section available in the lower part of the post. Why is that? I need to have the comments available in the lower part of the post even when the post uses the ‘Avia Layout Builder’.
How do I do that? Also, is there a possibility to use a shortcode to place the comment section wherever I want?
I’d like to place it in the content of a post between different sections (my client wants that).
This raises another issue: If I use the shortcode in the content of a post is it possible to remove it form after the post conent?PS: The posts also have the featurted image set-up, but I’m guessing this has nothing to do with the comment section. Thanks. Regards,
Catalin HODISFebruary 8, 2020 at 9:43 am #1182537Hey sensmedia, When using the Layout Builder for posts then everything needs to be added to it manually, please try to add the Comments element from the Layout Builder to see if that works out for you. Best regards,
 RikardFebruary 10, 2020 at 11:13 am #1182990Hi,
I added the “Comments” from the Content Elements tab in the Avia Layout Builder inside the content of the post. On the front it still odesn’t show anything. If I place a text block with some lorem ipsum it shows.
I also added The Social Share Buttons below the comments and these also show up.Thanks. -

 February 10, 2020 at 11:38 am #1183000I tried this:
I saved the post that did not show the comments as a full Template.
I created a new post with the same settings and added the template as content.
In the new post, the comments are showing. In the first one they are not.
 The post settings are identical.
I will redo the first post and hope the problem will not appear anymore on other posts.February 12, 2020 at 3:15 am #1183727
