    Dear Support

I just removed Disqus plugin and relized that a lot of blog posts display a comment count but there no comments under. It’s just on some articles like the one I linked.

The comments should be there but there aren’t.

What could I do to fix this?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Gurify!

Not sure. Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    3. Activate the default theme to see if it happens there as well.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Which exact plugin did you use? Can you see the comments in the Dashboard > Comments panel?

    Regards,
    Ismael

Hi there, yes I could see them. The plugin I used was Disqus.

My question now is, should I also delete and reupload the Child Theme?

    Thank you in advance

Nothing I followed the procedure and the problem is still there. I checked without child theme and the problem was still there.

Waiting on your kind reply. Thank you!

Oh mistake. Those comments are counted, but they do not exist actually. Forgive my previous error.

Hi! Those comments do not exist, but the site displays there are 2. That is still a problem. What else can i do?

    Hi,

I guess you could find them in the database and delete them, send us a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Regards,
    Rikard
