    I have the comment element at the bottom of my post and ‘Discussions > Allow Comments’ enabled. But for some reason the comments section doesn’t show up on the page. Please help.

    Hi

    It seems like you are using Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog posts. If that is the case, please add comments element under Content Elements tab of ALB to the bottom of your posts. If that is not the case, please click “Screen option” on the top right corner and check “discussion” and scroll below your post and make sure discussion is enabled

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Info in private content section. Yes permission granted. It works on new posts just not on old ones.

    Please try now it should work but please try with new page in private content.

    What’s very strange is comments work on my latest post, but most of the others it doesn’t work.

    I tried switching to a default theme and comment section still did not show up. It does not seem to be theme related. What was the last change you have made before the issue?

    I have never had comments on my posts as far as I can remember. Could it be that a plugin is interfering? What else can I try?

    I’ve tried making a new post but the comments section still doesn’t work.

    I’ve done a complete fresh install of wordpress and enfold and that seems to have fixed the problem
