Comment Section for Portfolio Items No Longer Works

Hello,
Last year, Josue helped me add a comment section to my portfolio items; however, after the update the comment section disappeared. He sent the below message informing me that the section was added to the site in 2013 but didn’t include the lines of code he added to make the changes. I have tried to make the changes myself but haven’t been successful.

Our conversation began with post #182556.

Can Josue or someone assist me in adding the comment section again or provide me with the code so that I can make the update? Once done this time I will save a copy for my files so that I won’t have to ask again.
